The award is based on the exceptional review scores that we earned consistently during 2020/2021 from our guests, in recognition of our efforts to consistently extend outstanding hospitality.
@eveanna we completely understand the many challenges that everyone has faced over the past year and how this has limited opportunities to travel. This has made it even more important for us to ensure that we work in close partnership with all of our guests to strive to meet and exceed their expectations, Our aim is to ensure that our guests are comfortable and safe and ensure that they are able to relax and enjoy their highly prized breakaway.
During this third lockdown, it has given me a massive boost of encouragement to have received and accepted this reward.
I am now working hard to prepare for what promises to be another exciting year of staycation and I am delighted to see returning guests are already beginning to book with confidence.
